We are census Canada and wrote a few days back to ask about Pacific. None of the property managers in town say they have this comples as clients. We hhave had two properties in that complex that have needed enumerating and can gain no access at all through those locked up gates. Is there or was there any way we could reach either of the 2 units we have to do#1 or #9 in that locked complex. [email protected] or 250-804-6708
