My husband and I found a house we really like, and it's at the top of our price range. The realtor thinks it's a good buy. He also explained that it's a sellers market and that properties are flying off the market. People are even getting into bidding wars! We were thinking of making an offer, but now I'm not so sure. Will this hurt investors or should homeowners worry?
